Server Rules

Play in a way that's fair and enjoyable to everyone; the list below just lays out the specifics for the minges.

The Basics

  • By joining you agree you've read and understood these rules. "I didn't know" is not a defense.
  • No loopholes. If a rule clearly applies in spirit, it applies.
  • Use common sense — if it wouldn't fly in real life, don't do it in RP.
  • Staff discretion is final.

Zero Tolerance

  • Hacking, cheating, or exploiting of any kind.
  • Harassment of any community member.
  • Racism or hate speech.
  • Malicious OOC behavior, advertising other servers, or LTAP.

OOC & Chat

  • No arguing, drama, or spamming in OOC (voice or text).
  • /report for issues. Never air grievances in OOC.
  • Don't spam /advert — it's for in-character RP use only.

Roleplay

Core RP Rules

  • No RDM — killing requires a valid RP reason.
  • No CDM / VDM — don't intentionally run people over with vehicles.
  • No FailRP / MingeRP — act as your character realistically would. No SexRP.
  • No punch-whoring — randomly punching players for no reason is FailRP.
  • No Metagaming — OOC info stays OOC.
  • No Powergaming — don't abuse /roll or /me for unrealistic outcomes.
  • Value your life — don't suicide-run or take suicidal risks for fun.
  • FearRP — if arrested, restrained, or held at gunpoint, comply.
  • NLR = 15 minutes. You forget your previous life. Don't return to the same scene.

Names, IDs & Targeting

  • Only use a player's name tag in RP if they've introduced themselves or your character has previously met them.
  • NLR applies — you don't remember who killed you or events from your past life.
  • Don't repeatedly target the same player (repeated raiding, harassment, etc.) to the point it prevents them from playing. That's harassment and results in a ban.

Basing

  • All buildings must be physically supported — no floating props.
  • No basing, building, or growing on property you don't own.
  • Must have at least one accessible entrance and exit.
  • Your base must be FAIR. If YOU can't successfully raid it, it is not fair. Admins will test this if someone complains about your base.
⚡

Raiding

  • 15-minute cooldown. Can't raid the same player twice in a row. Exception: mutual org rivalry — both parties must agree.
  • No placing props during a raid. Ladders OK if roleplayed.
  • Must use a ladder to enter property over a fence.
  • NLR applies — don't return to a raid you died in. Gov officials may return if called back by an on-scene official.

Job Rules

All Government Officials & Jobs

  • While on the job, you have no affiliation with your organization and cannot give them preferential treatment.
  • NLR applies; you may return only if called back by another on-scene official.
  • Don't abuse government equipment, lights, or sirens.
  • Never finish off an unconscious player — get a medic.
  • Don't draw your service weapon without a valid RP reason.
  • Respond to calls as soon as possible when available.

Police

General
  • No random arrests or tickets.
  • No entrapment at drug dealers or illegal NPCs.
  • Protect the Mayor only if explicitly requested.
  • Only use deadly force if a life is at risk.
  • License plates don't ID a driver — only a face-to-face confirmation does.
Warrants
  • No entry without a warrant. If asked to leave and there's no warrant, leave.
  • Exceptions: imminent danger to life or clearly visible illegal items from public space.

SWAT & FBI

SWAT
  • Respond to serious calls only, or when requested by Police.
  • No traffic stops, no patrols. Stay at PD until called.
  • Announce yourself and give suspects a chance to comply before engaging.
FBI
  • May conduct traffic stops and join pursuits.
  • Can be requested to help investigate crimes.

Mayor

Powers
  • May enact city laws and legalize or criminalize activities at their discretion.
  • May request SWAT while under direct threat. Once resolved, SWAT sweeps and departs.
  • May have 1 personal medic or firefighter.
Restrictions
  • Not immune to any rules or laws.
  • No martial law or shoot-on-sight orders.
  • Assassinating the Mayor requires a valid RP reason (corruption, unjust laws, civil rights violations).
🕵️

Secret Service

  • Stay with the Mayor at all times — your only job is the Mayor's safety (no joining pursuits or helping standard law enforcement).

Fire & EMS

  • Jobs cannot give their organization preferential treatment (e.g. basing with your org to act as a pocket medic).
  • No farming money by intentionally starting fires, farming revives, or exploiting job mechanics.
🚗

Road Crew, Taxi & Bus

Road Crew
  • Only tow with a valid reason.
  • Don't block the impound exit. Props OK for parking areas.
Taxi / Bus Driver
  • Use /taxi to communicate with other drivers. Follow traffic laws. No CDM.
